Long Island runs from dense communities near the Queens border out to low-density towns on the East End. A licensed Hemp Retail Partner near the western end may be nowhere near an address further east, so coverage here is set address by address, not county-wide.

Age-verification requirements are product-specific: flower, inhalable concentrates, and cannabinoid hemp products above 0.5 milligrams of total THC per serving require valid government-issued photo ID confirming 21+ under Part 114. Hemp Retail Partners are registered under Article 5 and 9 NYCRR Part 114 to sell cannabinoid hemp products — a different license and product category from an adult-use or medical cannabis dispensary. DeliverBud keeps them in a separate marketplace section.
