Every Hemp Retail Partner on DeliverBud is a cannabinoid hemp retailer registered with the New York State Office of Cannabis Management (OCM) under Article 5 of the New York Cannabis Law and 9 NYCRR Part 114. Cannabinoid hemp products are a legally distinct category from adult-use or medical cannabis, and we keep Hemp Retailers in their own section — never mixed into Dispensaries Near You.
DeliverBud does not sell hemp products itself and does not take title to any retailer's inventory. Each Hemp Retail Partner is the seller of record on its own storefront, publishing its own menu, prices, and hours. The DeliverBud Hemp marketplace is open to browse and order 24/7, but that is a statement about the marketplace, not any individual retailer — every storefront and listing card shows that retailer's own verified hours and current open or closed status.
Not every cannabinoid hemp product requires age verification the way adult-use cannabis does. Under Part 114, categories like flower and concentrates intended for inhalation, along with products carrying more than 0.5 milligrams of total THC per serving, do require a valid government-issued photo ID confirming the purchaser is 21 or older; other hemp products may not. We are pre-launch for this sector and preparing our pilot with licensed Hemp Retail Partners across NYC.
