DeliverBud's Hemp Retail Partners here are cannabinoid hemp retailers registered with the New York OCM under Article 5 of the Cannabis Law and 9 NYCRR Part 114 — kept in their own marketplace section, separate from Dispensaries Near You.
DeliverBud is not a Hemp Retailer itself. Each Astoria Hemp Retail Partner is the seller of record on its own storefront, with its own menu, pricing, and real hours. The Hemp Retail section of the marketplace is built to browse and order 24/7 — but that's marketplace-level positioning, not a claim about any one shop's actual staffing; every card and storefront shows that retailer's own verified open/closed status.
Whether a specific Hemp Retail product requires ID depends on the product itself: flower, inhalable concentrates, and anything above 0.5 milligrams of total THC per serving require a valid government-issued photo ID confirming 21+ under Part 114. We're pre-launch for this lane in Astoria and will notify sign-ups as licensed partners come online.

No — they're separate. Hemp Retailers are registered under Article 5 and 9 NYCRR Part 114 to sell cannabinoid hemp products, a different license and product category from an adult-use or medical cannabis dispensary. Astoria's Hemp Retail listings never appear mixed into Dispensaries Near You.
It's DeliverBud's Hemp marketplace-level positioning — the section itself is open for browsing and ordering at any hour. Individual Astoria Hemp Retail Partners keep and display their own real hours and current open/closed status.
For some products, yes. Flower, inhalable concentrates, and anything with more than 0.5 milligrams of total THC per serving require valid government-issued photo ID confirming you're 21+, per 9 NYCRR Part 114. Other cannabinoid hemp products may not require it.
DeliverBud is a technology platform and marketplace, not a Hemp Retailer. All cannabinoid hemp sales are made by retailers registered with the New York Office of Cannabis Management under Article 5 of the Cannabis Law and 9 NYCRR Part 114. Not every product requires age verification -- some categories require a valid government-issued photo ID confirming the purchaser is 21 or older; see the FAQs above for which ones.
