Long Island — Nassau and Suffolk Counties — is where licensed retail coverage is most uneven in downstate New York, and where delivery range decides almost everything.
Long Island is not one market. It runs from dense, transit-served communities on the Queens border out to low-density towns on the East End, and licensed adult-use retail is distributed very unevenly across that span. A licensed dispensary that comfortably serves western Nassau may be nowhere near an address in eastern Suffolk.
Coverage here is also shaped by local decisions. Under New York's Marijuana Regulation and Taxation Act, towns and villages were able to opt out of hosting adult-use retail dispensaries, and a number of Long Island municipalities did. That affects where licensed storefronts exist, and therefore which addresses a licensed retailer's delivery range can reach.

Because Long Island isn't one market, weed near me, cannabis near me, marijuana near me, and dispensaries near me can mean very different things in Nassau versus eastern Suffolk. DeliverBud is pre-launch. On Long Island specifically, availability will depend heavily on which OCM-licensed retailers join and how far out their delivery range extends, since licensed retail is unevenly distributed across Nassau and Suffolk.

A valid government-issued photo ID showing you are 21 or older, checked on every delivery. This is required across New York State, with no exceptions.
The same categories as anywhere in New York: flower and pre-rolls for smoking, edibles and gummies, vapes, and concentrates, sold as recreational cannabis and adult-use cannabis. On DeliverBud that's the licensed retailer's own cannabis products and weed products, on their own weed menu.
They'll mean the same order — weed delivery, marijuana delivery, dispensary delivery, and cannabis delivery are interchangeable on DeliverBud. Once a Nassau or Suffolk partner is live and in range, you order cannabis online or buy weed online through their menu.
