1. Delivery Assurance

We prioritize the safe and secure delivery of products sourced from licensed cannabis retailers. Deliveries are made by professional drivers who ensure that your order is handled with care and delivered securely. Our delivery services are available 24/7, subject to service availability in your location.

2. Packaging

All products delivered through the Platform are packaged in vacuum-sealed bags for safety and freshness. It is the responsibility of the licensed retailer to ensure proper packaging before dispatch. If you notice any tampering or issues with the packaging upon receipt, please follow the acceptance policy outlined below.

3. Acceptance Policy

You are responsible for inspecting the condition of the delivery upon receipt. If the vacuum-sealed bag is not sealed or shows signs of tampering upon delivery, you have the right to refuse acceptance of the product. In such cases:

  • Do not open or use the product.
  • Notify our customer support team immediately.
  • Return the unsealed product to the delivery driver.

Upon refusing acceptance, you will be entitled to a full refund, provided that the issue is reported immediately and verified by the driver at the time of delivery.

4.Refund and Return Policy

We act solely as a delivery platform connecting consumers with licensed cannabis retailers. As such, we are not responsible for refunding or processing returns of products. Each licensed retailer is solely responsible for determining their refund and return policies. We encourage you to review the refund and return policies of the licensed retailer before making a purchase.

4.1 Product Issues

If you receive a delivery that has a damaged or unsealed package or if you experience quality issues with the product, contact our customer support team immediately at info@deliverbud.com. While we do not directly handle product-related refunds or returns, we will assist in coordinating with the licensed retailer to resolve the issue in accordance with their policies. Please note that any refund or return requests must adhere to the licensed retailer’s terms and conditions.

5.1 Responsibility for Products

We are not responsible for the quality, legality, or compliance of the products sold by licensed retailers through our Platform. Any disputes related to product quality or legality must be addressed directly with the licensed retailer. We do not assume liability for any claims, damages, or legal actions related to the products delivered.

5.2 No Liability for Legal Actions

We do not control or influence the business practices of the licensed retailers listed on our Platform. Greenstreet QS LLC (DeliverBud.com) is not liable for any legal actions taken against the licensed retailers. In the event of a legal dispute concerning a product, consumers must resolve the issue directly with the licensed retailer involved. We disclaim any responsibility for legal matters related to the sale or delivery of cannabis products.

5.3 Compliance with Laws

Our services are offered in strict compliance with local, state, and federal laws governing cannabis-related deliveries. It is your responsibility to ensure that the products you order comply with the laws of your jurisdiction.
