Westchester's southern cities — Yonkers, Mount Vernon, New Rochelle, White Plains — are dense and sit directly against the Bronx, while the northern half of the county is suburban to semi-rural. Licensed adult-use retail has largely followed that population gradient, and delivery range follows it in turn.
Coverage is also affected by local opt-outs: under New York's Marijuana Regulation and Taxation Act, towns and villages could decline to host adult-use retail dispensaries, and a number of Westchester municipalities did. Where storefronts are absent, delivery from a nearby licensed retailer is the only compliant route.

Yes. You must be 21 or older and present a valid government-issued photo ID at the door on every delivery. There are no exceptions anywhere in New York State.
