Astoria sits at the north-western edge of Queens, from the Ditmars and Steinway blocks down through Old Astoria toward Long Island City. It is dense, walkable, and well suited to short-radius delivery from a licensed dispensary — which is why it is an early focus for our Queens pilot.
DeliverBud is not a dispensary. We are the platform licensed retailers run on: menu publishing, ordering, age verification, compliance, and delivery coordination. Every product you see comes from a dispensary licensed by the New York Office of Cannabis Management, and every sale is made by that dispensary.

Deliveries in Astoria follow the same rules as everywhere else in New York State. You must be 21 or older, and a valid government-issued photo ID is verified at the door before any handoff is completed.
